29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  Location: 741 Montgomery  On or about: 28 November 2017  a) Employees were walking on wooden planks that were over large open edge as they worked on the first floor of the site.  b) Employees were placing materials and standing adjacent to a floor edge that went to the basement of the building.
