29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): On or about March 21, 2018, the employer required employees to work with chemicals such as, but not limited to, propane, coolants and cutting fluids without developing and implementing a hazard communication program which would help in the hazards recognition associated with the chemicals to prevent or reduce employees exposure. Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).

Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
