29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     (a)  At the construction of a residence at 1792 Whitewillo Drive in Pasco County Fl where two employees installing Spanish roof tiles on a 5:12 pitch roof were not protected from a 10 feet fall hazard by the use of a fall protection system on or about April 19, 2018.       (b) At the construction of a residence at 1792 Whitewillo Drive in Pasco County Fl where one employee installing Spanish roof tiles on a 5:12 pitch roof was not protected from a 21 feet fall hazard by the use of a fall protection system on or about April 19, 2018.    Gulf Western Roofing and Sheet Metal, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1169793, citation 01, item 01, issued on November 22, 2016, with respect to a workplace at 8130 Chilton Dr., Orlando, FL 32835.  The final order date was October 27, 2017.
