29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  On or about December 17, 2018, jobsite located at 8863 Madrid Circle, Naples FL, 34104 an employee performing roofing work without the use of fall protection as exposed to a 10-ft. fall hazard.  The Gulf Western Roofing & Sheet Metal, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1169793, citation number 1, item number 1and was affirmed as a final order on December 22, 2017 with respect to a workplace located at Parkside Mertiage Homes Lot 173, Orlando FL 32836.
