On or about May 22, 2018 at Piers F and G, at Luis Ayala Colon terminal area. The employer reported on Monday, May 21, 2018 a work-related incident that occurred on Saturday May 19, 2018. An intermodal container driver suffered a broken leg injury that required in-patient hospitalization when a 40 foot container on a chassis overturned along with the cabin when the driver was making a turn during marine cargo operations.    NOTE: Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item as abatement was documented by the compliance safety and health officer during the inspection.
