29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i.:  In the Mold Shop, the employer did not ensure employees used compressed air nozzles that were reduced to 30 P.S.I or less when used for cleaning purposes.  Hoffman Cabinets, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i., which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1256185, citation number 1 , item number 8 and was affirmed as a final order on November 14, 2017, with a final abatement date of November 27, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at  204 Sentry Dr. Mansfield, TX 76063.

29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed:  In the Mold Shop, the employer did not ensure the air compressor electrical panel, unused circuit breaker openings were effectively closed exposing employees to electrical shock injuries.  Hoffman Cabinets, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1256185, citation number 1 , item number 10a and was affirmed as a final order on November 14, 2017, with a final abatement date of November 27, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at  204 Sentry Dr. Mansfield, TX 76063.
