29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven -7 feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed:    (a) Press 1 - The employer did not ensure that employees working near unguarded chain and sprockets were properly guarded, thereby exposing employees to crushing, caught in or amputation injuries on or before August 27, 2018.    (b) Press 2 - The employer did not ensure that employees working near unguarded chain and sprockets were properly guarded, thereby exposing employees to crushing, caught in or amputation injuries on or before August 27, 2018    (c) Press 3 - The employer did not ensure that employees working near unguarded chain and sprockets were properly guarded, thereby exposing employees to crushing, caught in or amputation injuries on or before August 27, 2018    Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
