29 CFR 1926.1412(d)(1)(x): The employer failed to inspect ground conditions around the equipment for proper support, including ground settling under and around outriggers/stabilizers and supporting foundations, ground water accumulation, or similar conditions:  a. On or about 9/4/2018, at the jobsite, the crane operator failed to ensure the ground under the outriggers was capable of sustaining the weight of the crane and loads being lifted, which resulted in the crane tipping over during a lift.
