29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use:    a). On or about 1/8/19, on site, for maintenance employees that handle muriatic acid. Employees are required to don a 3M 7502  1/2 mask respirator. The employer did not implement a respiratory protection program to include a written program, training, medical evaluation, and fit tests.
