29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3): The employee training did not include the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(i) through (h)(3)(iv): a). On or about for lifeguards working on site, using Calcitrol at the end of the shift to clean windows and pool decking. The employer did not provide training on the hazards associated with using the chemical. Calcitrol has chemicals such as, but not limited to, organic salts.
