29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     a) Jobsite: On or about January 9, 2019 and at times prior thereto; an employee was installing sheathing on truss framework without a fall protection system in place, exposing employee to falls from 6-8 feet to asphalt ground.    b) Jobsite: On or about January 9, 2019, and at times prior thereto; Second and third floor balcony guardrails were missing, which exposed framers to 10-20 foot falls during framing activities.          Note* Abatement certification is required for this item.    Betania Framing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1198833, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on January 31, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 6101 Birch Lane, Nampa, ID 83605.
