29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): Employee training did not include the physical and health hazards of the chemicals in the work area:    Exposed employees were not trained on the physical and health hazards of the chemical products used, such as solvent based ink, press wash, and screen cleaners, including skin sensitization, corrosivity, carcinogenicity, specific target organ toxicity, flammability, and other specific hazards according to the chemicals used.  Employees were not knowledgeable on the numerical rating system used to designate the severity of the hazard.  (Note: training may be accomplished by reviewing the specific safety data sheets of the chemical products used.  Employees need to be provided specific "effective" training in order to be able to access data sheets.)    Abatement documentation is required for this violation.
