29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1)(i):  When the employer had assessed the workplace hazard(s) and determined that hazard(s) were present, the employer did not select and/or use the types of personal protective equipment that would protect the affected employee from the hazard(s) identified:    a)  Jobsite, 363 Station Road, Scenery Hill, PA 15360:  On or about December 20, 2018, an employee suffered burn injuries to multiple parts of his body while working on a platform next to a kettle used to melt tin/zinc turnings.   Employees who performed this task were not provided with an adequate level of personal protective equipment to prevent burn injuries from exposure to molten metal that was heated to approximately 1027 degrees Fahrenheit.
