Justification for FIRST REPEAT: LINDHOLM CONSTRUCTION INC. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1106374, citation number 01, Item number 002, and was affirmed as a final order on 02/17/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 82779 Overseas Hwy, Islamorada, FL 33036.    NOTE: CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
