29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Points of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employees from having any part of their body in the danger zones during operating cycles: a) Rocky Mountain Twist, Ronan MT: On or about April 23, 2019, and at times prior, employees were exposed to amputation hazards while operating an unguarded Somark International Hot Stamp Machine (M215-003-0002).
