At the Champions Gate Apartments Reserve construction site building #4, located at 8414 Champions Gate Blvd, Davenport, FL, employees were not protected from fall hazards during the fire sprinkler piping and heads installation process, on the second, third and fourth floors, on or about April 12, 2019.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  a.)  At the Champions Gate Apartments new Construction site located at 8414 Champions Gate Blvd, Davenport FL, employees were exposed to fall hazards when working from unprotected balconies, on or about April 12, 2019.
