OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1)  The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees shall always stand firmly on the floor of the basket, and shall not sit or climb on the edge of the basket or use planks, ladders, or other devices for a work position.   a. On or about September 21, 2022 at the construction site located at 12343 Narcoossee Road, Orlando FL 32832, employee was exposed to fall from hazards while climbing unprotected onto roof trusses approximately 14' high, on and off from a lift basket.
