29 CFR 1910.110(b)(6)(vii): The minimum separation between liquefied petroleum gas containers and flammable liquid tanks shall be 20 feet:    Employees exposed to explosive hazards.  Employees engaged in propane forklift tank exchange activities were exposed to explosive hazards in that the stored liquefied petroleum gas containers and flammable liquid tanks were not separated by 20 feet.

Employees engaged in propane forklift tank exchange activities were exposed to chemical and explosive hazards in that the stored liquefied petroleum gas containers stored inside were located near an exit intended for the safe exit of people.

29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident:    Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards. Employees engaged in warehouse and shop operations were exposed to electrical shock hazards in that the employer did not legibly mark electrical branch panels in the foam fill room to indicate its purpose in the following areas:    a) Electrical branch circuit in the chemical building panel B    b) Electrical branch circuit in the chemical building panel A    c) Electrical branch circuit in the main building shop area
