29 CFR 1910.119(j)(2): The employer did not establish written procedures to maintain the on-going integrity of process equipment;   a) On or about 05/14/19 throughout the ammonia refrigeration system; employees were exposed to a potential release of ammonia vapors and liquid when the employer did not establish written procedures for the testing of the level alarms and the corresponding compressor shut down systems in the low temperature accumulator, high temperature flash accumulator and high pressure receiver.     b) On or about 05/14/19 throughout the ammonia refrigeration system; employees were exposed to a potential release ammonia vapors and liquid during the inspection and maintenance of safety relief valves which relieve back into the ammonia system when the employer did not establish written procedures for the inspection and replacement of these devices.    c) On or about 05/14/19 throughout the ammonia refrigeration system; employees were exposed to a potential  release of ammonia vapors and liquid when the employer did not establish written procedures for the inspection and maintenance of the ammonia pumps and the testing of the low level oil cut out.      ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
