29 CFR 1910.252(b)(3): Employees exposed to the hazards created by welding, cutting, or brazing operations were not protected by personal protective equipment in accordance with the requirements of 1910.132. Appropriate protective clothing required for any welding operation will vary with the size, nature and location of the work to be performed: a) On or about May 13, 2019, in the welding department, where employees operating a Lincoln are welder to perform spray arc welding operations did not wear protective aprons and were exposed to a burn hazard.
