Maintenance Shop, Refer Powering Area: on or about 30 May 2019 and times prior thereto; cables used to power refer containers were exposed to physical damage by the operation of powered industrial trucks in the immediate area. This condition exposed employees to potential electrical shock and burn hazards.

This condition exposed employees to hazards associated with falls from heights.
