This condition exposed employees to fall hazards.

29 CFR 1926.451(b)(3)(ii): The maximum distance from the face of the work for plastering and lathing operations was more than 18 inches (46 cm): (a) Best Decision Stucco Corp. at 2919 W 23rd Ave. Denver, CO 80211: On or before 6/3/19 the employer did not protect employees from injury in that the scaffold was not equipped with guard rails on the side facing the building. The scaffold was in excess of 18 inches from the face of the building. The scaffold was 21 to over 28 inches away from the building. These conditions exposed employees to fall hazards in excess of ten feet.
