29 CFR 1915.120 The requirements applicable to shipyard employment under this section are identical to those set forth at Sec. 1910.178(l) of this chapter, as cited herein:  29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck operator is competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l), in that:  (a) on or about 6/25/2019 a powered industrial truck (forklift) was being operated by a worker who had not received training in forklift operations.

29 CFR 1915.154: Respiratory protection for shipyard employment is covered by 29 CFR 1910.134 as cited herein:  29 CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A): Respirators with tight-fitting facepieces were worn by employees who had facial hair that came between the sealing surface of the facepiece and the face or that interfered with valve function:   (a) on or about 6/25/2019 workers with facial hair were using tight fitting elastomeric respirators while performing welding tasks.
