Worksite: The employer did not ensure that the employees working on the residential roof were protected from fall hazards above 6 feet by the use of guardrails, safety nets or personal fall arrest systems.    The Best Way Siding and Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1171072, Citation Number 2, Item Number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/8/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 533 Laurel Street, Longmeadow, MA.
