On the east side of the construction site, employees engage in truss installation were not wearing hardhats while working below other employees.  Employees were exposed to struck-by hazards from falling tools and materials.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:   On the east side of the construction site, employees engage in truss installation on a commercial building used pneumatic nail guns and were not wearing eye and face protection.  The employees were exposed to struck-by hazards and eye injuries.

On the east side of the construction site, employees installing trusses without fall protection were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 26 feet to the ground below.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(12): Unprotected sides and edges of stairway landings were not provided with guardrail systems that meet the criteria contained in Subpart M of 29 CFR 1926.     On the east side of the building, employees used a fixed stairway without guardrails being installed.  The employees were exposed to unprotected fall hazards.
