OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to crush and amputation hazards:    b) 1315 Hickman Avenue, Elba AL; On or about September 24, 2019 and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to crush and amputation hazards in that employees were required to operate including but not limited to, #98 Cincinnati Mechanical Press Brake with only one foot pedal for two operators.    Pitts Enterprises, Inc dba Dorsey Trailers LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard the OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1378771, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 11, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1315 Hickman Avenue, Elba, AL 36323.
