29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:  On or about January 24, 2020 and times prior thereto, Porter employees required to use Stinger Chemical Splat Bug Off and other chemicals to clean and detail vehicles in the detail wash-bay area were not provided training on the chemicals used and safety data sheets, exposing employees to the hazard of chemical exposure.

29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  On or about January 24, 2020 and times prior thereto, employees working with the corrosive chemical Stinger Chemical Splat Bug Off in the detail wash-bay area would have had to walk through a push door to access the eye wash station, exposing employees to the hazard of corrosive chemical splashes to the eyes.
