29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points,  and rotating parts:   a) Jobsite location: 1985 Ticonderoga Blvd. Chester Springs, PA - 19425 - The employer did not ensure that adequate machine guarding was installed on the #3 Flash Line machine, covering the horizontal shaft located approx. 40 inches above ground level. An employee suffered an arm fracture and shoulder dislocation while attempting to adjust the flashing material positioned on the rotating shaft.  Condition was observed on or about August 25, 2020.  Hohmann & Barnard, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1386221, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 20, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 1902 Woodland Industrial Blvd, Trussville, AL - 35173.
