29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b).  On or about October 26, 2020 at the residential construction site, where an employee was exposed to a fall hazard greater than 6 feet when performing roofing work without a fall protection system.

29 CFR  1926.1051(a): Stairway(s) or ladder(s) were not provided at all personnel points of access where there was a break in elevation of 19 inches (48 cm) or more, or no ramp, runway, sloped embankment, or personnel hoist was provided  On or about October 26, 2020 an employee was exposed to a fall hazard while accessing the roof by climbing the interior wall without a stairway or ladder being provided.
