29 CFR 1910.101(b):The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6: a) On or about December 11, 2020 in the maintenance shop cylinders were not secured from tipping exposing employees to struck-by hazards and the employer did not ensure gas cylinders were secure from tipping.

29 CFR 1910.243(e)(1)(i):Power lawnmowers of the walk- behind, riding-rotary, and reel power lawnmowers were not guarded in accordance with the machine guarding requirements in 29 CFR 1910.212, General requirements for all machines: a) On or about November 30, 2020 during mowing operations the Kubota ZG327 (S: 5ES0222) without a discharge chute exposing employees to struck-by hazard and the employer did not ensure riding mowers were maintained with discharge chute guarding. b) On or about November 30, 2020 during mowing operations the John Deere 820A (S: TC820AQ010989) without a discharge chute exposing employees to struck-by hazard and the employer did not ensure riding mowers were maintained with discharge chute guarding. c) On or about November 30, 2020 during mowing operations the John Deere Z-Trak 757 (S: TC0757A050131) without a discharge chute exposing employees to struck-by hazard and the employer did not ensure riding mowers were maintained with discharge chute guarding. d) On or about November 30, 2020 during mowing operations the Cub Cadet Pro Z 960 L (M: 53TIHMTV050, S: 1E118H70016) without a discharge chute exposing employees to struck-by hazard and the employer did not ensure riding mowers were maintained with discharge chute guarding.
