29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    (a)  On or about December 22, 2020, employees were exposed to injuries from falls, while conducting reroofing activities, without the benefit of fall protection systems being in place, on a roof located at 2474 Lassen Lane, Castle Rock, CO, in excess of six feet above the lower surface.  (b)  On or about December 22, 2020, employees were exposed to injuries from falls, while conducting reroofing activities, without the benefit of fall protection systems being in place, on a roof located at 3305 Goodyear Drive, Castle Rock, CO, in excess of six feet above the lower surface.     American Dreams Constructions was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1388588, Citation Number 1, Item Number 2a, and was affirmed as a final order on May 28, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 182-308 Montgomery Dr., Erie, CO.
