Adequate guarding of the pinch point on the SASIB Model # 550-58-3, SN: 999310-A975, Line 1, Lateral Transfer Conveyor was not in place.  On 2/10/21 an employee's right index finger tip was amputated when removing stuck bread from the slide plate area.
