29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee was using eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles.  At a residential construction site located at Tipton and NW 89th St, KC MO -- Employee was engaged in framing duties using a portable skil saw and not wearing any eye protection. This exposed the employee to struck by hazards. This was documented on or about 03/22/2021.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   At a residential worksite located at Tipton and NW 89th St, KC MO -- Employee was engaged in framing duties and not using any sort of fall protection system. This exposed the employee to fall hazards. This was documented on or about 03/22/2021.
