29 CFR 1926.451(b)(3):Where guardrails were not installed along the front edge of the platform or all employees were not protected from falling with the use of personal fall arrest systems, the front edge of the scaffold platform was more than 14 inches: At a jobsite located at 8201 Northwest 89th Street, Kansas City, Missouri 64153, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard. An employee conducting residential framing work was observed working from a scaffold platform held in place by an all-terrain forklift. While adjusting the work location of the scaffold platform, the unprotected front edge of the scaffold platform was more than 14 inches from the work face of the residential construction. The employee was not equipped with a fall protection system. The employee was exposed to a fall hazard of more than 10 feet to the ground below.
