29 CFR  1910.305(j)(1)(i): Fixtures, lampholders, lamps, rosettes, and receptacles may have no live parts normally exposed to employee contact. However, rosettes and cleat-type lampholders and receptacles located at least 2.44 m (8.0 ft) above the floor may have exposed terminals.  On or about April 30, 2021, the employer did not ensure that the bulbs for the swinging-arm 110V lamps had a guard in place to prevent employees utilizing an approximately 6ft aluminum rod from striking them.

29 CFR  1910.178(n)(6):The driver shall be required to look in the direction of, and keep a clear view of the path of travel.  On or about April 8, 2021, the employer did not ensure employees driving out of the storage aisle left of the wall of fame in the Jet Pak area had a clear view of the path of travel in that employees in the aisle turning left out of the aisle would not be able to see any pedestrians who were standing in front of the wall of fame.  Crescent Park Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1492883, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on November 18, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 9817 Crescent Park Drive, West Chester, OH 45069.
