29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of this section:  a) Building 1 40 East Street Camden, DE 19934: On or about May 7, 2021, the employer failed to ensure employees conducting framing work on a new multi-story construction property while being unprotected in all directions, approximately 24 feet above grade, were provided adequate fall protection.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(13):The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step:  a) Building 1 40 East Street Camden, DE 19934: On or about May 7, 2021, the employer failed to provide a ladder high enough for the employees to appropriately access the trusses being installed to the roof of the structure.  There was only a 6 foot step ladder in place for employees to step onto the top step and top of that ladder to gain access to the upper level.
