29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  a) Sunset Village Bldg 6, Upper King Road, Camden, DE 19934: On or about June 7, 2023, CSHO observed employees walking and working on a timber framed residential structure, approximately 15 feet above a lower level, without fall protection.  The Duran's Carpentry Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 19260501 B01, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1604221, citation number 01001, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/03/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 860 Herring Branch Road, Lincoln, DE 19960.
