Propane tanks are used to power the forklift.

29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces were inspected, regularly and as necessary, and maintained in a safe condition: On or about May 17, 2021, the employer failed to ensure that walking-working surfaces were maintained in a safe condition. The carpet in the main work area, inside the front door, is heavily worn, ripped and in disrepair. This highly traveled working surface presented a tripping hazard to employees as well as hazardous condition for operating powered industrial vehicles.
