OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1)  Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to fall hazards from stepping onto a non-approved surface:  A) Vitro Flat Glass, LLC on or about May 15, 2021 at the address of 5123 Victory Blvd., Cochranton, PA--- Train Shed: An employee stepped on an elevated surface to perform housekeeping. The employee fell through the surface, resulting in a roughly 9 foot fall to the lower level.
