29 CFR  1904.29(b)(1):  The log of recordable work-related injuries and illnesses (OSHA Form 300 or equivalent), was not completed in the detail required by the regulation:   a.) Vitro Meadville Flat Glass, LLC, 5123 Victory Blvd., Cochranton, PA 16314, on or about April 17th, 2025 and times prior thereto: The recordable injury and/or illness entry on the OSHA 300 Log for the Calendar Year 2025 was not completed as required.  In Column F the recordable case that occurred on 4/4/2025 was not descriptive, in that the body part affected, and/or the agent, object, and/or substance that directly injured or made the person ill was not noted/documented.
