29 CFR  1903.19(c)(1):Within 10 calendar days after the abatement date, the employer must certify to OSHA (the Agency) that each cited violation has been abated, except as provided in paragraph (c)(2) of this section.  On July 15, 2021, Platinum Roofing, LLC did not certify that they had abated the hazardous condition identified in Citation #1, Item #1 which covers frequent site inspections of job sites and the correction of hazards identified during those inspections.

29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2):Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers.  On or about May 21, 2021, Platinum Roofing LLC  failed to initiate and implement an accident prevention program which includes frequent and regular inspection of their jobsites to ensure subcontractor employees were not exposed to fall hazards while performing commercial construction work.
