29 CFR 1926.451(f)(3):Scaffolds and scaffold components were not inspected for visible defects by a competent person before each work shift, and after any occurrence which could affect a scaffold's structural integrity: a) On or about 5/26/2021 at a construction project located at 33 Gates Circle, Buffalo, New York; employees applying brick veneer were working from a scaffold platform that was being supported by side arm brackets. The employees fell approximately 20 feet when a bracket became dislodged from the frame. The bracket attachments had visible deformity and were shop or field repaired. The brackets did not have means to secure the bracket to the frame. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

The employees fell approximately 20 feet when a bracket became dislodged from the frame. The platform was not secured on the brackets and the brackets were not secured to the frame. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
