This was most recently documented at 6955 McCormick Drive, Lincoln, Nebraska, with the following employee(s) exceeding the action level:  (a) On July 15, 2021, an employee operating the grinders in the back warehouse was exposed to an 8-hour time-weighted average of 89.7 dBA, or an equivalent dose of 96.21%, for the sampling period of 472 minutes. A zero increment was included for the 8 minutes not sampled.  Another employee operating the grinders was also exposed to an 8-hour time-weighted average sound level equaling or exceeding 85 dBA.
