29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person. On or about August 11, 2021 at the Granger Elementary School construction site located at 3940 Ridge Road, Medina, Ohio 44256, the employer did not ensure that daily inspections were made by a competent person to identify potential safety hazards.
