29 CFR  1926.760(a)(1): Each employee engaged in steel erection activity who is on a walking/ working surface with an unprotected side or edge was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems or fall restraint systems.  (a)  On or about December 2, 2021, and at times thereto, the controlling contractor Forge Building Company LLC did not ensure that its sub-contractor CCS General Construction LLC protected its employees while they worked at elevated heights on a metal roof structure and exposed to an approximate 17 foot fall hazard.
