29 CFR  1910.219(c)(2)(i)(Mechanical power-transmission apparatus): All exposed parts of horizontal shafting seven (7) feet or less from the floor or working platform, except runways used exclusively for oiling, or running adjustments, were not protected by a stationary casing enclosing shafting completely or by a trough enclosing the sides and top or sides and bottom of the shaft as location requires:   a) Jobsite located at 700 Lincoln Street, Oxford PA: Employees were exposed to ingoing nip points while working in close proximity to two rotating horizontal shafts, that did not have a stationary casing, underneath a conveyor belt in the Flour sifter room.   Condition noted on or about the 6-month period of July 25, 2021 - January 25, 2022.

29 CFR 1910.219(c)(4)(i)(Mechanical power-transmission apparatus): Unguarded projecting shaft end(s) did not present a smooth edge and end and projected more than one half the diameter of the shaft:   a) Jobsite located at 700 Lincoln Street, Oxford PA: Employees were exposed to entanglement hazards while working in close proximity to at least two projecting horizontal shaft ends that did not have smooth edges and/or were not guarded by nonrotating caps or safety sleeves at the following locations:   - Line #6 - Bread Line C15 - Bun Line   Condition noted on or about the 6-month period of July 25, 2021 - January 25, 2022.
