29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces are maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice.   a) Jobsite: 700 Lincoln St. Oxford, PA 19363 "Preparation Area" - On or about March 11, 2025, the employer did not ensure that an employee working in the preparation area was protected from falls by maintaining that the walking working surface was clear of any spills. An employee working in this area slipped on an oil spill, fell and sustained injuries.
