29 CFR  1926.154(a)(2): Special care was not taken to provide sufficient ventilation when heaters were used in confined spaces in order to maintain the health and safety of workmen:   a.  On or about February 10, 2022, at the above addressed jobsite,  a THERMOHEAT LPFA60L Portable Forced Air Propane Construction Heater used inside of a confined space was not provided with sufficient ventilation to ensure proper combustion, thereby exposing employees to hazards associated with fires and explosions.
