29 CFR  1926.501(b)(10):Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems or a combination of warning line system and safety monitoring system.   a)  On or about 03/10/22, at the English Road Pediatrics Center, located on 1800 English Road, in Rochester, New York, the employer did not enforce the use of fall protection during the installation of roofing materials including tiles/shingles.  Employees were allowed on elevated surfaces 12 feet above lower levels to install roofing materials without the use of fall protection.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
