As a result, employees did residential roofing work on a two-story single-family home with a single-story extension without using fall protection, exposing employees to the hazard of falling to a lower level.  In addition, employees did not wear eye protection when using or working near other employees using pneumatic nail guns to attach roofing materials and a leaf blower to remove debris, exposing employees to the hazard of getting struck in the eyes by flying particles/objects.  No abatement certification or documentation required.

Instead, employees wore full body harnesses but did not tie off, exposing the employees to the hazard of falling from the roof to the ground below, on or about April 8, 2022.  No abatement certification or documentation required.
